30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First Purchase: We will issue a full refund for one box—opened or unopened—without requiring you to return it.
If your order included multiple boxes, the refund will only cover one box unless the remaining unopened boxes are returned. - Subsequent Purchases: We only accept returns on unopened packages. If the product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Timeframe: To qualify, you must contact our customer care team within 30 days of placing your order. After 60 days from purchase, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
- This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through www.hookdscent.co and does not apply to third-party sellers such as Amazon or physical retailers.
Return Conditions
- First Purchase: Refund available whether the product is opened or unopened.
- Subsequent Purchases: Refunds only apply to unopened packages.
- All Items: Must be returned to us to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Missing items will not be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

United States: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

Other Locations: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any duties/taxes.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond use.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items:

We will replace them at no cost.

Please provide our team with a photo or video of the items and packaging to qualify.

Replacements are subject to review. Minor defects or packaging damage may not qualify.
Refunds

We will confirm with the carrier and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund (outside the U.S.).
