At Hookd Scent, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • United States:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders 

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address once the additional shipping fee is paid.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Hookd Scent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as Delivered.

  • If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at hello@hookdscent.co, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Preorders & Backorders

  • If an item is on preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together when all items are available.
